The GSHV2004 Gypsum Spray System is designed for heavy duty, semi-continuous spraying of gypsum slurries. The GSHV2004 Gypsum Spray system coupled to the RimCraft GS2005 Gypsum Spray Gun provides superior spray pattern and coverage. This system is designed, engineered, and constructed for high volume production GFRG environments. The GSHV2004 Gypsum Spray System utilizes the same pneumatic and electrical components as the other RimCraft Gypsum Spray Systems, but the Periflo Peristaltic Hose Pump is what separates this system from any other available.

 Unlike other gypsum spray systems on the market, the RimCraft  GSHV2004 Gypsum Spray System requires virtually no maintenance. The Periflo Peristaltic Hose Pump has no chain to pop off or lubrication to check. The gear box is factory sealed and the pump hose has a special synthetic lubrication that requires no additional lubrication to be applied  by the customer. The pump rollers and rotor are constructed of stainless steel to provide years of service. The pump outlet flanges, cam locks, nuts, and bolts are also constructed of stainless steel  materials.

 RimCraft introduced its latest version, the GSHV2004 Gypsum Spray System, to the GFRG market January 1, 2004. Since then, the GSHV2004 Gypsum Spray System has replaced MANY of our competitors' systems within the GFRG Industry. Of all the GSHV2004 Gypsum Spray Systems sold, RimCraft has not sold any replacement parts for the Periflo Peristaltic Hose Pump (NOT EVEN A PUMP HOSE!). RimCraft utilizes this same pump on our Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement (GFRC) Spray System.
