GS1500PL Gypsum Spray System GFRG  GS1500PL Gypsum Spray System GFRG  Spraying Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum GFRG

 With a 40-gallon capacity gypsum slurry tank, the GS1500PL Gypsum Spray System is the perfect choice for operations requiring the same medium outputs as the GS500PL. The GS1500PL Gypsum Spray System utilizes the same pneumatics and spray gun technology as the other RimCraft Gypsum Spray Systems. The GS1500PL Gypsum Spray System chassis provides a 12' ft. articulated boom with fiberglass gun roving guides.

Features:

  • 40 gallon plastic gypsum slurry tank; holds over 420 lbs. of gypsum slurry.

  • Gypsum slurry tank feeds an electrically driven 1/2" peristaltic hose pump.

  • 25' ft. hose assembly.

  • Water distribution manifold makes clean up a breeze. Provides water to the internal passage ways.

  • Accelerator injection system. The accelerator is injected into the gypsum slurry at the spray nozzle. The accelerator is easily adjusted with a simple turn of a knob. A highly visible accelerator flowmeter is mounted on the cart.

  • RimCraft RC3000 fiberglass roving chopper for Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG), allowing high strength, light weight, thin walled products.

  • Portable EZ Roll chassis, 42" x 55" minimal footprint.

  • 1/2" peristaltic hose pump is powered by a 90 volt DC motor.

  • GFCI Protection on power supply cord.

  • Variable Speed DC motor controller powered by a standard 15 AMP 120V AC wall outlet.

  • GS2005 Gypsum Spray Gun features a Stainless Steel Slurry Passage Bore and Stainless Steel Spray Nozzle.

  • 1.5 gallon Stainless Steel Accelerator Tank.

  • Custom mounting arrangements are available to suit YOUR application needs.
