Horsepower Electric Dispersers |

| These 5 Horsepower, Electric-Power,
floor-mounted, high-speed dispersers are designed for production
batches up to 55 gallon drums, but will accept containers up to
approximately 100 gallons if the vessel height is under 40
inches. Each model has a speed range of 600 to 4,000 rpm. A
1-1/4” x 36” shaft in 316 stainless steel and a 6” Design A
dispersion blade in 304 stainless steel (5/8” center hole) are
also included. Prelubricated, heavy-duty ball bearings and a
hand wheel control for varying speeds come standard as well. An
air lift mechanism that can raise and lower the impeller 36”
makes adjustment easy and a holder with a capacity up to a 55
gallon drum adds to the usability of these dispersers. Totally
Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) and Explosion Proof (EP) motors are
standard. Wiring is required. An optional digital tachometer
that reads 0-10,000 rpm is available, but is not explosion proof
and therefore should not be placed on explosion-proof models.
Our new Inverter Drive Models (-N-) offer the latest in AC
variable speed drive technology. Both models have a speed range
of 180-3,600 rpm. A 5 HP, three phase motor is standard, with
voltage at 230 or 460V. |
