Our RimCraft PourCaster is a patented process designed primarily for the high production tile and wall panel producers who require quick mold turnover and repeatability. Our Built-In, Simple to Use, Adjustable Set Point, creates uniformity of the filling of your molds. All of this offers you time, labor and material cost-effectiveness

  • Stationary GFRG Pour System with Long Overhead Reaching Boom Making it Easy to Position the Gun Anywhere Within that Radius

  • 3/4" RimSpray Peristaltic Pump for E-Z Clean-Out

  • RimCraft PourCaster Gypsum Gun with Patented Integral Variable Accelerator Injection and Static Mixer for Through Blending

  • 3 Gallon SS Accelerator Tank with Flowmeter for Precise Metering

  • Quick Knockdown pump for Super-EZ (5 minute) Hose change. No drive train disassembly required

  • Water-Tite Control Box with Variable Speed AC Motor Drive

  • 1 HP 208/230 VAC 3 Phase Motor Direct Gear Drive with Forward and Reverse is Standard. Other Voltages and Phases are Available

  • 10 CFM @ 90 PSI Air, Fresh Water (garden hose hook-up) and 208/230 VAC 3 Phase 20 Amp Circuit Required (Other Voltages and Single Phase Available)

  • 10 ft. Power Cord

  • Fresh Water Purge for Pour Gun with System Washdown Hose Included

  • 15 Gallon Covered Plastic Material Hopper with Easy Clean-Out

  • E-Z Clean Slurry Passages with 3 Clean-Out Pigs (sponges) Included

  • Continuous Batch Process Achieved with Integral Upper 15 Gallon Mixing Tank and Lower 15 Gallon Running Tank

  • Upper Mixing Tank is pivotable for easy clean-out

  • Built-in, Simple to Use, Adjustable Set Point Preventing Over/Under Filling of Molds for optimal repeatability

  • Optional configurations available
